After spending much time working on her album 'Bangerz' and planning for her world-tour scheduled for the first few months of 2014, Miley was clearly looking for a holiday. The singer posted on Twitter a picture of her packaging and she was quickly spotted in Amsterdam, holland with DJ Afrojack. The pair is apparently fairly close as they were photographed having a great time during a coffee bar in the Dutch capital.
It isn't known whether or not her company and Miley took advantage and used any of those substances but when they had they might have broken any laws. The Netherlands decriminalised the possession of 0.17 ounce or less of particular prohibited substances in 1976 in order to attract more tourists.
However, rumors indicate that Miley chosen for Amsterdam as her holiday get away precisely for the above stated reason. Just as she landed in the country the singer tweeted it was "the happiest place on The Planet"
